The centrepiece of the installation was a beautifully crafted halo illuminated sign. This type of signage is highly effective at drawing attention, thanks to the soft glow it creates around the edges, which gives the impression that the sign is “floating” against the wall. Halo lighting adds depth and dimension to signage, making it visible both day and night, and ensuring that the brand message stands out in any lighting condition.
JAPAN HOUSE, LOS ANGELES
Vinyline have recently supplied stunning mixed-media vinyl’s for JAPAN HOUSE Los Angeles for the Exhibition – Symbiosis | Living Island. Our job was to replicate the actual art installation “Yellow Flower Dream” on Inujima (“Dog Island”) in Japan by the Brazilian artist, Beatriz Mihazes. Three replica panels were made to feature in the LA spring exhibition.
London
When there’s construction work to be done, hoarding provides a helpful screen to block out the mess until the grand unveiling. But we understand that standard builder’s panelling is unsightly and pretty uninspiring. Vinyline have worked with Sutton Young on the King’s Cross site in London for 10 years, to upgrade their boring grey hoardings into bright, vibrant and inspiring artworks.

Selfridges Manchester Exchange Square
Back in 2003 – Vinyline produced and installed the 18m-high black silhouette figures crowding across Selfridges Exchange Square windows working with Service Graphics. International artist Julian Opie was drafted by Selfridges to make the store stand out, and that is exactly what he did with his artwork Walk, Walk, Walk.
Worcester
When Perdiswell Leisure Centre decided to build a new eight lane competition swimming pool, Cantoo Design were commissioned to work with the client on the interior finishes. Cantoo also undertook a community engagement programme with local schools to design and develop special art features for the new facility. One of the elements that was developed was a feature wall for the entrance reception area. Cantoo contacted Vinyline for our experienced assistance.
